I found this site while cruising the internet looking at business ethics blogs. They are reporting a “clandestine recall” of 88,000 defective Motrin tablets. They haven’t been around very long but they have some good stories and I like their style, so stop by and give them a look!

Thanks for the shoutout James! I’ve been loving reading your blog, our blogging team is currently in a business ethics class (hence the birth of our blog) and a lot of your posts have been related to what we’re learning. Thanks for the read!

My comments were the least you deserved. Taking time from a busy academic schedule to post on this difficult and controversial topic area speaks volumes of you character. I will be looking in from time to time. jp

Nice find (the Pharma Regulations blog). It’s worth following their link to the CNN story:
http://money.cnn.com/2010/09/20/news/companies/johnson_johnson_mounting_problems/index.htm
which in turn links to *this* CNN story…
http://money.cnn.com/2010/06/02/news/companies/mcneil_motrin_phantom_recall/index.htm
…which gives some hint of the reason for the recall (basically, there’s a problem with how the Motrin tablets dissolve).
