Firefox has been terribly unstable since 4.0 left the RC stage… it performed very well prior to 4.0 being in the main stream but with 5.0 out that’s two versions that remain wildly unstable. I’d love to know what happened between 3.6 and 4.0 that made it perform so badly. I’ve had to resort to using Chrome now because Firefox constantly hangs for no given reason (in addition to sucking up a LOT of RAM).
Yes. I had to remove all the cookies. It is better now. One too many hidden website intruders that escape the normal pop-up prevention.
