Quite interesting reading the blog referred. For long I cherish the memory of a wonderful write-up by Carlos Casteneda on Don Juan’s teachings of the wisdom of Mexican Indian called yaqui way of knowledge. The analysis in that book elucidates step by step progress of human mind by overcoming one enemy after the other.
So do I find what you have referred to some gems. The first one refers to the sun. I rise early at 4.30 and with the rising sun I do everyday a simple prayer with a small fire called agnihotra.
